How it’s Made - The JT Way:

Tops

We’re exclusively utilizing a direct-print technology to ink your custom design directly on to the tops of your corn hole set. This innovative method is faster, inherently weather-resistant, and produces cleaner quality graphics that will outlast all other methods. No paint chips or vinyl corners peeling up this time!

Frames

Nesting frames are made out of grade II 1x4’s attaching with Titebond III waterproof glue and pocket screws. We attach the tops to the frames with 24 pocket screws on each board!

Process

First, we’ll receive your order for one of the three ply top options. Next, we’ll work with you on the best look for your custom boards. Lastly, your pre-proofed design will be made with a smile.

We’ll add a scoreboard, handle, and strap and then it’s ready for you!
